This is by far the best company I have had the pleasure of dealing with on Alibaba - I find communication is key to get the desired results - At TcbestI worked with a lovely lady called Joy Liu, her understanding of my requirements was perfect, her responses were very fast with a lot of quality information - All of Joy's questions were specifically designed to ensure the manufactured battery would be fit for purpose, she has an EXCELLENT grasp of the English language and can communicate well with technical terms in English also.
